Workshops on gender equity are as important now as they have ever been. While we have certainly made much progress, we have not eliminated gender inequalities by far. We will look at some of the research and best practice from the Institute of Physics and how to apply this in the classroom.
In association with the Institute of Physics, Exeter Mathematics School are inviting teachers and technicians to attend a series of five Stimulating Physics Network meetings. The twilight meetings are free to attend and will provide CPD updates in practical and theoretical physics for KS3-5, information sharing and network opportunities.
